The House has always been committed to cultivating the diversity of its Terroirs; the Terroir collection is the perfect embodiment of this vision. This collection of ephemeral cuvées, released at their peak in limited quantities, unveils unique terroirs that the Cellar Master has chosen to highlight through the prism of an individual year. Each bottle is the result of the House’s artisanal savoir-faire and is numbered to reflect its rarity.
AYALA Collection N°16
N°16 is the fourth opus in the Collection AYALA.
N°16 is an outstanding Blanc de Blancs made entirely from Grands and Premiers crus from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. It is a limited edition cuvée which honours Champagne’s various white varietals through a blend of Chardonnay and the region’s forgotten grape varieties: Arbane, Petit Meslier and Pinot Blanc.
N°14 Rosé 2014
N°14 è il terzo opus della “COLLECTION AYALA”. Questa cuvée effimera è l’assemblaggio dei 5 Grand Cru emblematici che costituiscono la colonna portante degli assemblaggi della Maison. Caroline Latrive ha voluto lavorare i cru in parti uguali, unicamente dall’annata 2014 e per la prima volta in versione rosé. Una grande cuvée rosé, pura espressione dello stile di Champagne AYALA, proposta in quantità estremamente limitata, 7.235 bottiglie in totale.
N°7, i 7 Grands Crus
Il N°7 è il secondo opus della “COLLECTION AYALA”. Questa cuvée effimera è un assemblaggio di 7 Grand Crus della Côte des Blancs et della Montagna di Reims, tutti dell’annata 2007. Grazie al lungo invecchiamento in cantina e al basso dosaggio, il N°7 esprime splendidamente il savoir-faire della Maison.
Rosé N°8
La cuvée Rosé N°8 è il primo opus della “COLLECTION AYALA”. Questa cuvée effimera è un assemblaggio di Grand e Premier Crus della Montagna di Reims, tutti raccolti durante l’eccezionale vendemmia del 2008. Per la sua creazione sono stati necessari 8 anni, garanzia di tutta l’attenzione che Champagne AYALA ha dedicato all’elaborazione di questo grande vino.
