Introducing a new visual identity for the historic House of Aÿ

Edmond de AYALA, founded the House in 1860 in Aÿ, in the heart of the Grands Crus, and worked at creating a reknowned Champagne House with a singular style. He released in 1865, the first «dry champagne». His entrepreneurial spirit and relentless quest for balance never stopped inspiring the next generations. In 2007, Champagne AYALA was one of the first Houses to launch a zero dosage cuvée.

Today, the House is pursuing its quest for excellence with pure and balanced wines:

  • Truly caring for a great diversity of crus with a majority of Chardonnay across all blends
  • A micro-vinification process and low dosage as a tribute to the founder
  • A high proportion of reserve wines and extended ageing in the House’s cellars in Aÿ

Conveying the House’s desire to modernize in an ever-evolving Champagne landscape, while preserving its strong legacy, a new visual identity has been redefined. The historic shield, symbol of the three A’s of the AYALA name, has been redesigned, and the Edmond de AYALA signature now appears on the back of every bottle. Technical details of the cuvée are still mentionned together with a QRcode leading to the brand’s website for those who want to know more. Consistently the Artistic Direction has been updated with a new key visual and service tools.

The three multi-vintage signature cuvées are now available from January 2026 with this new packaging design.
