to offer a range of very pure, fresh, elegant and fine Champagnes thanks to a low sugar dosage or by not adding any dosage* at all.
Ayala is thus the pioneer in a totally new style in Champagne.
It is the natural beauty and intrinsic quality of our wines that gave us the idea to produce “Nature” champagnes in order to highlight their amazing freshness, purity and harmony."
